Becky is committed to helping people be more conscious with their actions and kinder in their everyday life. The Boomerang Project would not be where we are without our amazing good fortune to bring Becky on board in July of 2004. Becky has held just about every office job we have at The Boomerang Project and has been the glue holding the ship together time after time. Besides her commitment to excellence with BP, she is committed to her wonderful 3 year old daughter Quinn, husband Clarence and their two dogs, Ricky and Phoebe. Becky was a champion softball player in Oregon where she studied elementary education before the call of Santa Cruz brought her to a place where she found, "Three people committed to making a difference in the world." For those who call our office and talk with Becky, you will soon discover what we have: She is one of a kind and lives our motto that You Get Back What You Give.
Home Team
This is the team that really makes it happen! Our commitment to excellence extends beyond your experience with our training and materials. Every time you call or interact with our office you will be served in a timely, human fashion, probably by one of these folks below.

Becky Emmons
Director of Operations

Bryden Dowling
Registrations Coordinator
Bryden lived in Santa Cruz as a girl just long enough to fall in love with the central coast. She returned to Santa Cruz to complete her degree in Molecular, Cell & Developmental Biology in 2005. After graduating with highest honors, she was magnetically drawn to the positive vibes emanating from the Boom Boom! Room. UCSC will forever rue the day they allowed The Boomerang Project to hire away an esteemed member of their academic elite, and their loss was our gain. Since January of 2009, Bryden has answered phones, shipped for conferences, coordinated registrations and has done all she can to support a company that she truly believes in. She is a unique girl that enjoys spending time with her husband Dan and her puppy Ozzy, as well as long walks on the beach and an occasional game of Boggle. The Boomerang Project was a company after Bryden’s own heart and she believes in their philosophy that “you get back what you give”.

Heather Wilson
Bookkeeper
Heather is a small town gal, born and raised in Northern California. She came to Santa Cruz in 2001 to attend college. Searching for her niche amongst the Santa Cruzians, Heather was delighted with how fulfilled she felt living and working in Santa Cruz. She graduated from UCSC with a degree in Literature, and worked stints at Long’s Pharmacy and New Leaf Markets. During this time, she came to find a sense of community (and family) that has rooted her in Santa Cruz ever since.
In July of 2009, an opportunity arose for Heather to work for The Boomerang Project. Since her heart beat Boom Boom already, it was a natural choice for her to pursue the position. Heather has been an invaluable part of the Team Boom Boom ever since. From maintaining the books to marketing execution, Heather has been actively learning the ropes as the newest addition to the team. So tell this shy gal hi if you get her on the phone, and welcome her to our family.

Helene Scott
Design Director
Helene is our superlatively talented design guru; all things beautiful and aesthetically pleasing emanate from her genius. We feel lucky to have found such a talented, compassionate and kind soul to not only make all of our stuff look cool, but to hang out with as well. Helene has been an artist for as long as she can remember and always knew that it would be her calling. After working for large design firms Helene decided she wanted to look for smaller, more intimate projects to feed her creative soul. Through a series of uncanny connections, Helene’s name was given to us and viola– a match made in heaven!
When not designing our awesome marketing materials, this website or Boom Boom Revolution products, Helene can be found writing and/or drawing thoughts in her ever handy notebook, playing with her two children and husband, taking photographs or quite possibly nibbling on some chocolate. While you might not ever speak in person with Helene, lucky for you and us her imaginative design and creative expression seen in all of our materials speak volumes.
