This is the training team that you will meet if you attend one of our 3 day Basic Trainings, Refreshers, ConnectED Classroom, Information Sessions, or a personalized staff/student development day. Yes, we are in fact on the road a lot. However, we love what we do and love the people we get to work with so there is definitely an upside to all this road time. We three are the founders of The Boomerang Project. Combined we bring more than 55 years of educational experience.
Carolyn Hill
Co-Founder
Integrity, focus and the multi-faceted educational expertise of Boomerang Project co-founder Carolyn Hill have played vital roles in guiding the growth of the company and developing dynamic material as chief of curricula. After 15 years motivating and transforming students as a highly respected English teacher and an Activities Director, Carolyn did what she never imagined doing: she left the classroom. The impetus for this decision was her participation in the very first Link Crew training in 1993. After effectively implementing the program at two different schools, and seeing the dramatic impact it could have creating an exciting new spirit of success among students, she wanted every school to have access to such an inventive, results-oriented transition model.
Carolyn began as the Link Crew Program Director, providing critical consulting perspective and an ability to identify solutions for the real challenges faced by schools across the country. Deeply intuitive, she is a practiced listener who connects with people adeptly and understands how to deftly build confidence, and a sense of security. Carolyn’s commitment to excellence, extensive classroom experience, and enthusiastic presentation style as a lead trainer has been the catalyst for change in hundreds of schools.Every aspect of her life is lived around the Boomerang Project philosophy of “you get back what you give.”
