June was born and raised in Southern California and started college as a pre-pharmacy major and ultimately decided that playing in the sandbox was where she needed to be so she changed her major to Education.  Since then, she has not looked back to “what could have been” rather…everyday at work, she look forward to what will be.

Junie is married with 3 kids and 2 dogs. She loves to listen to Folk Rock and most recently Miley Cyrus…oh yeah! She loves to create moments of all types, especially those that involve uncontrollable laughter. 

Junie’s 2010 WEB program was awarded the Riverside County Office of Education Models of Excellence Award. WEB reaches out to students that would otherwise not want to be involved in their own school. It also gives all participating students 7^th and 8^th a place of security and permission to be themselves.
