Follow Ups

This is a one day training held at various regional locations and is included in your Basic Training cost. At this training you will learn the intricacies of the yearlong program: Academic Follow Ups, Social Follow Ups and Leader Initiated Contacts. You will receive another handbook with 10 lesson plans that your leaders can teach in classes as well as ideas and strategies to create structured social events for your leaders and their students to experience together. You will also be taught how to hold effective Leader meetings and how to keep your Leaders motivated throughout the year.
