Heather is a small town gal, born and raised in Northern California. She came to Santa Cruz in 2001 to attend college. Searching for her niche amongst the Santa Cruzans, Heather was delighted with how fulfilled she felt living and working in Santa Cruz. She graduated from UCSC with a degree in Literature, and worked stints at Long’s Pharmacy and New Leaf Markets. During this time, she came to find a sense of community (and family) that has rooted her in Santa Cruz ever since.
In July of 2009, an opportunity arose for Heather to work for The Boomerang Project. Since her heart beat Boom Boom! already, it was a natural choice for her to pursue the position. Heather has been an invaluable part of the Team Boom Boom! ever since. From maintaining the books to marketing execution, Heather makes sure that everything in the Boom Boom! Room adds up.
