Link Crew Scholarships

About the Scholarship

Every year The Boomerang Project offers ten, $500 scholarships to outstanding senior Link Leaders. We are looking to honor Link Leaders who have contributed to individuals as well as to the overall campus climate of their school. The criteria we will use for allocating scholarships will be: individual initiative, successful impact, sustainable change and action above and beyond the call of duty. We look forward to honoring your outstanding Link Leader contributions!


Eligibility
This scholarship is open to all graduating senior Link Leaders who have completed at least one year of service as a Link Leader.

Details
Ten, $500 scholarships are available with the amount to be used exclusively for post-secondary education expenses, including tuition, room & board or books at an accredited post-secondary educational institution.

How to Apply

  1. Download & complete this entire application. (2011 application will be available by Feb. 1, 2011)
  2. Submit with a letter of recommendation from a Link Coordinator.
  3. Mail your completed application together with the recommendation form to:

Deadline & Announcement Dates
All applications must be postmarked by April 30th, 2011 (No applications will be read when received late). Decisions will be made by May 20th, 2010. If you have been selected to receive a scholarship you will be contacted by email.
